The Crossroads Agency is a licensed Minneapolis, Minnesota, Investigations, Surveillance and Protective Services provider.  Licensed, Bonded and Insured, Crossroads investigative associates can conduct in-depth investigations and surveillance, and also offer specialized temporary armed protection statewide, throughout greater Minnesota.

We also maintain an agency license in the State of Wisconsin.

Our agency director offers more than 29 years of experience in the areas of surveillance, worker's compensation insurance claims investigations, pre-employment background checks, armed protection, workplace violence, missing persons (skip tracing), covert video camera installations, all types of photography, undercover operations, electronic countermeasures (bug sweeps) and security consulting.

We have received local and national television recognition for our crime solving abilities and technical expertise.

We are in compliance with all Minnesota licensing and education requirements (minimum 6000 hours training). Agents within our alliance are CPR, first aid and firearms certified, meeting or exceeding state requirements for licensing and continuing education.

Our clients have included various agencies of the government.


 

 



Investigators within our alliance have acquired expertise from working with former Government agents, police investigators and the media. Our level of State license requires over 6000 hours of experience and training.
